I was really scared to eat this because when i was making it, you can smell the potency of the habanero... however when i bit into it, it was not even hot at all, but had a hot after taste... really really good. Will DEFINITELY make again =-

Seriously I made these wings several times and everyone loves them. I would recommend following this recipe to a T and not to change anything. Nice Job!!

Everyone commented so well on this recipe! The flavor was ok but I think maybe if the wings were deep fried it might have been better. I know that sounds crazy btw. Maybe it's my oven but the wings weren't crispy and the flavor was muted, not nearly the flavor I anticipated with the ingrediant list. I don't think it was the sauce maybe just how it was delivered to the wings. We ate the wings but there were some left and that never happens.

This is a great recipe.. you can alter the amount of sugar you put in by adding Agave Nectar .... it will still be just as good and then add cornstarch to thicken your glaze. Great recipe and me and my Caribbean family love it!

Used Jalapeno instead and it still tasted incredible! Made it for the first time for a get-together and everyone loved it. Definitely one of my favorite recipes.

Amazing flavor, I agree with so many other reviews double the sauce. Also make sure you line your pan really well or the clean up is bad! Susie

Decided to grill these instead of heating up the kitchen and they turned out great! Approx 20 minutes medium direct heat. Also reduced the spice for a friend who can't take the heat. Used a seeded jalapeno instead of the habanero. Cut the cayenne to 1/2 tsp and added 1 tsp of chili powder. Rave reviews.

The recipe was good but you need to double, even maybe triple the sauce to have enough for the marinade and the glaze
