I often choose recipe's becuase they look good AND have good reviews. I love wings, and have my own recipe that people fight for. Every time I make them, I also try another recipe. At this year's Superbowl party, I made these exactly to Sunny's specification. Everyone said they liked them, but my wings were wiped out and these were only sampled. Personally, I love sweet heat and Caribbean flavors, but these didn't come together the way I expected. Not bad, but not a repeat recipe.

Another recipe I made for a large party. I tripled the recipe and marinated the wings for at least 2 days prior to cooking them (was trying to do as much pre-work as possible before our party. After reading the reviews, I made extra sauce and I'm glad I did. Excellent flavor and an impressive appetizer to server your guests.

I am not a fan of fruit flavors on meat, but this sauce was really tasty on the chicken wings. I didn't use fennel and didn't grind the sauce into a smooth mixture. I would definitely make it again. Beware of the spiciness of habanero peppers, and feel free to make it your own. It turns out great!!

I tried this easy marinade with boneless chicken breast ,less fat. I let them soak in the marinade for 30 minutes. Then cooked the chicken with some of the marinade in the glass dish. After that added the glaze to the dish. It was excellent everyone wants to try this on the grill this summer. Great recipe!

My family loves these. We love spicy food. I made extra sauce and had them again during the week. Be sure to grind up fennel seeds, they are extremely strong.

Made this today and its really good. I don't like spicy food, so I left out the habanero (its one, if not, the spiciest pepper out there. I do have have one recommendation, careful with the fennel seed, it has a really strong taste to it (not spicy, but strong taste I didn't grind anything like the reciepe calls for it because all the spices I used were already ground, except for the fennel seed. Make sure to chop the fennel seed so its smaller so you don't get that really strong taste at times.
