    Great dish. I am usually not a Caribbean fan, but my husband is. I subbed jalapeno for the habanero b/c that is what I had and omitted the fennel seed and green onions. I had company over and everyone (including me enjoyed it!

    These wings are the best I have ever had. I do not recommend giving them a try, I DEMAND that you give them a try. Definitely a crowd pleaser. Extremely easy to make. I made a second batch of the marinade just to drizzle over the wings as they cooked. I did that constantly and they were awesome!

    They're really good but even using a full habanero pepper and almost the full 2 tsp (I knocked a little off because of what I read in the comments and there's literally no spice to this at all for me. I suppose next time I'll have to use a couple of habenero peppers and see what that'll do, they're still REALLY tasty but I was hoping for some really spicy, super tasty caribbean wings instead I just get super tasty lol

    I went out on a limb and tried this for the first time for a small dinner party but I love Sunny so I knew it would be great. Everyone loved the wings, full of flavor, easy to make and something different. This was as good as any resturant caribbean chicken wing. Big success and will make again!

    This recipe caught my attention because, as I read through the ingredients, I realized I had everything listed except the habanero. I used a squirt of srirachi sauce in place of the habanero, made the marinade and poured it over the wings and let them marinate overnight. It was the guys at the get-together that were asking for the recipe and I gladly obliged by telling them the website. This was a really great, easy recipe. As they say - a keeper!

    I absolutely loved things wings!!!! I made them as an appetizer for my wedding and not one was left!!! I don't understand some of the ratings cause I followed it exactly and I've made them about 4 times
    since and will be making them over and over!! It's the perfect amount of spice and seasonings!
