WOW !!!! We did these wings in our smoker and they were fantastic. I think I may try this marinade with pork or chicken kabobs.
    Love it !!!!!

Too Spicy, but aside from the heat it had good flavor. The time requirement was different for me- chicken doesn't cook in 40 min. It was easy to make and I would do it again with the heat cut in half.

I always thought carribbean cooking was hard and complicated, but after making these wings, I want to cook this way more often. Awsomelicious wings! Easy! Thanks to you Sunny, I had a wonderful Caribbean Getaway Mother's Day. My teenager enjoyed them.

Previously I wrote: "I am a wing SNOB!!! And was not looking forward to trying oven baked wings - but my wife had the craving... I marinated this one overnight an it was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!! Just perfect! The absolute best wings I've ever had.... moist, tasty and just a little crisp. I think the OJ and vinegar penetrated the meat to make it just amazingly juicy!!! TRY THIS RECIPE! - (ohyeah, I did use adobe chipoltes instead of fresh - i will be making these for all my friends this upcoming Super Bowl!!!!"
So . . . we had a wing cook-off for the Super Bowl with five different types of wings - well.... using this exact recipe - with a crowd of about 20 people - won "Best Tasting Wings". Take it for what it is worth but it was a HUUUUUGGEEE Hit! Tomorrow I'm going try the recipe again and slap these bad boys in a crockpot . . . will post crowd review of results!
