Caribbean Chicken Wings were so good... This is going to be apart of a meal that I make on regular basics. Just opening the oven and getting the smell of the sauce and the chicken. I could not wait to eat. Thanks, Sunny!!

Great Great wings!! I have made these probably 20 times in the past 2 years - mostly because they are asked for at every party I go to. I use the recipe exactly as directed. The only thing I do different is sometimes adding another habanero if the crowd likes it a little hotter and I use only 4 lbs of wings per recipe. During summer months I cook on the grill for the last 20 minutes, brushing on the sauce while turning the wings. Everyone loves them. Thanks Sunny!

These wings were really good. I enjoyed the flavor and the sauce a LOT! Everyone raved. The one negative i can say about them is that they did not crisp up like i would have wanted them too, being cooked in the oven. But they were still yummy!

Sorry to disagree but I wasn't a huge fan of these wings.

The best...and compliments from everyone. All 1/4 cup measurements I increase to 1/3 cup with the exception of the limes. I throw in 4 peeled limes instead. Also 2 habeneros instead of 1.
Even with those who do not like spicy food find they are comfortable with this amount of heat after the 1st piece....I call it a "smooth" heat because it doesnt tear off your face and it's easy going down.
I marinade these for up to a week, ""yowza"", and then I simmer the marinade down to a BBQ sauce consistency to accomodate cooking these gems on the grill. PERFECT!

These were the best grilled wings that I have ever tasted as well as prepared. Each time my husband and I have made these wings, we had to give the recipe to our friends and family. We love this recipe. It takes a lot of time to prepare the marinade but it is worth the effort.

This recipe is delicious!!! i've made it twice - with chicken wings and chicken thighs. It's good on any kind of chicken! I can't tolerate spicy so I usually leave out the habanero and just put tabasco instead. I double the marinate like others suggest and there is enough. This chicken is amazingly good!!

This was awesome! If you are a little timid about the heat you can reduce the amount of the habanero pepper. My husband and I like heat but since this was a new recipe, I only used one as directed. Very nice combo of spicy and sweet...PERFECTION! You cannot mess this up if you can follow directions. I watched her make this on TV and followed her advice of cooking the chicken skin side up the last half of bake time. YUM! Will use a little more habanero next time though! :D
