This jerk marinade is great!! My husband and I both love the flavors and richness of the islands foods. I dare you to eat only one wing. This will be a steady staple in our kitchen, can't wait to try it on mahi mahi or even some of our own local lake pan fish!

This resipe is almost Identical to the one I made up and call Lime BBQ's Shrimp. The only difference is; I add 1/4 cup maple syurp instead of the sugar, use all lime Juice, Tabasco Sauce instead of cyanne, and add 1/2 c olive oil ---- Thy it this way or My way I bet they both will knock your socks off!

I didn't have apple cider vinegar so I used red wine vinegar. Worked perfectly. This was just past my tolerance for spicy, which meant it was good and I wanted more but had to pace myself. Husband totally ate it up. He thought it was a little sweet, but he likes the extra spice so it was almost perfect for him. A perfect dish for both of our tastes together. Definitely a dish I will remake again.

This recipe is a grand slam. I made them exactly as stated and my homies thought I had purchased them from a restaurant. I too marinated overnight. I made Guy's Coconut Rice & Peas as a side dish - Perfection and will be doing this many times more this summer!

I made a couple substitutions and left out a few ingredients because I didn't have them on me and it was still fabulous!
I used a jalape?o pepper instead of habanero, chili powder instead of cayenne, red wine vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar.....and I left out the fennel seed, all spice, ground ginger and green onions since I didn't have those. I also used chicken breast and cut it up into bite size pieces instead of the wings.
This was really easy to make and had a ton of flavor regardless of me having to leave out and substitute a couple ingredients. I'll definitely be making this again.

This is by far the best Caribbean Jerk wings EVER!!!!!! Really NOT a lot of work as one reviewer said. Best flavor . This is surely bound to be a "go to" recipe over and over again. My only suggestion is when making, to double the recipe for the marinade as one recipe is just not enough. It simply has awesome flvor!
