Since I could not find fennel seed, i'd replaced it with dill. And since I did not have lime juice, i'd replaced it with pineapple juice. It was SSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOO GGGGOOOOODDDD!!! I will make it again...and again...and again. :-D
Also, Id paid $12 for "jerk/Caribbean" chicken wings that were HORRIBLE!!!
Thank you Sunny! Girl, you got it! :-D

I made these as a snack for the superbowl, and they were a huge success! I enjoyed this recipe very much and my family devoured the wings. I added Barcardi Malibu coconut rum as an added twist! Yummy! Thanks Sunny!

I made these wings and the skin didn't crisp up, kinda gross. The flavor was good but I have to give the recipe one star. :(

Didn't even marinate the wings, and the recipe worked out perfectly. Roasted the wings with salt/pepper and tossed with reduced marinade before serving. Absolutely delicious. Quick to make, with so many interesting flavors happening. A hit!

My husband made these wings for Superbowl Sunday, and BOY were they delicious! Spicy, slighty sweet, sticky, and just all around great flavor with all the spices. We agree with previous posters that say there is not enough marinade for 7 lbs of wings...we just halved the amount of wings. Also, we marinated in the fridge for 2 days. The habenero gives it quite a spicy kick (since we both like it like that, it was great for us, but if it's not your thing, you may want to omit that. Try these wings...definitely worth it! =D

at first I didn't think I would like these wings cause when I was making the sauce it didn't smell too good but then after I basted the wings and they were cooked they tasted delicious. Would definitely make again!!! I highly recommend this recipe and you can make it as hot or mild as you want. I left out the habanero cause I don't like things very spicy but I put in a few drops of hot sauce to the sauce and it was just right.

I've made these MANY times for all types of parties and they are ALWAYS a hit! I do double the recipe so I can make LOTS of glaze and when cooking it down in the skillet I sometimes add a little more honey. Other than that I wouldn't change a thing! (Tip! Prepare a day in advance and marinate the chicken overnight in ziplock bags.

I followed the recipe, incorporated some suggestions, and it was GREAT. I doubled the ingredients, I fried first w/a little salt & pepper then baked with the marinade. I had more than enough sauce. The over all feel was they had the likeness of Friday's Jack Daniels wings....
