In a small bowl, add half of the sweetened corn cereal, half the cinnamon-flavored cereal, and the milk. Stir and refrigerate until the cereal is soggy and the milk tastes like the cereal, about 10 minutes.
Scoop the ice cream into a blender, then with a slotted spoon add 1/2 cup of the soggy cereal, 1/2 cup of the flavored milk and the remaining 1/2 cup each of the dry cereals. Add some vodka to taste. Blend until smooth, adding a bit more of the flavored milk to loosen if needed.
