This was without question the bestfried fish I ever made, beer battered or not. We couldn't stop talking about it through dinner. The crispiest fish ever and the seasonings were just right. Thank you Sunny!

This recipe was fantastic. My husband suggested replacing ordinary hamburger tacos for these every week. My seven-year old loved them as well. I will definitely be making this for them again. The batter resulted in very light, flaky fish that was perfectly cooked. Love, love, love this recipe.

The first time I made this recipe, I craved it thereafter for a while. I made it again this weekend and once again I know in a couple of days I'll be craving it again. It's not your typical traditional "tacos", but man oh man, it is a very scrumptious recipe. Sunny, you do a great job and I LOVE your recipes!!!!!

i would give this a difficulty rating of "easy", because i didn't make the pickled onion & cucumber. the batter is nice & light. there's usually enough batter left to coat more fish.

The fish was very good.....the batter was AWESOME. The topping wasn't that great and it may way too much. But my husband loved the fish and we would definitely make that again.

WELL MY HUSBAND ENJOYED THIS RECIPE ALOT. THE QUICK PICKLED ONION AND CUCUMBERS WERE EXCELLENT. HOWEVER YOU MAY WANT TO TRY USING A DIFFERENT FISH IF YOU DON'T LIKE TILIPIA.

My husband and I made this for dinner tonight. We are both very picky, so we decided to make a simple 'guacamole' (avocado, lime juice, salt to go on top, instead of the pickled cucumber and onion. Followed the recipe for the batter using Old Style beer, and adding just a teaspoon of lime zest, leaving the rest the same. This was so good! The batter is light, and flavorful. Best fish tacos ever!
