This is the first time I've made one of Sunny's dishes and I have to say the flavors are excellently combined. I did not make enough rice cuz i'm not a rice fan but next time I will defiantly try it with pasta. The dish is NOT spicy at all and I loved the garlic flavor. The heavy cream also is a fantastic addition...makes it nice and creamy, so don't make it the cream of mushroom soup!! will not taste the same at all...
Thanks sunny!

I made this to take to a friend's for Thanksgiving Dinner -- followed recipe to the letter! THEY LOVED IT!!! Well, and so did I. In the last week, I have made it again, with the only change being that I used fresh broccoli florets instead of frozen. Even better!!! I have always hated the stuff made with soup - YUCK! This was so good and I can't wait to make it again, with chicken or turkey. Thanks!

This was super easy and very delicious. The only change I made was substituting the heavy cream for D milk and it was still fabulous.

Sunny...you REALLY knocked the ball out of the park with this one. The textures and flavor combinations were outstanding. It was so flavorful and perfect that I really can't believe that I made it. I can't wait to be invited to my next dinner party or potluck because I know that people will be really impressed with this dish.

The base flavors are pretty good but it needs a bit more, I think adding some Parmesan cheese to the mix and topping with a mix of Parmesan and panko would make this awesome. I also added some dried mustard, and poultry seasoning with the cayenne and garlic.

We've got some non-mushroom eaters in the house (okay, it's only me that doesn't like mushrooms, but if I'm cooking why would I add them? :-
So we did this recipe without mushrooms and extra broccoli to compensate.
While I may not like mushrooms I do like garlic, and I always add a little bit extra... I wouldn't do that with this recipe next time make it.
So easy to put together, I even used pre-cooked frozen rice (the type that comes in the steamer bags, next to the frozen veggies in the grocery.

This was a HUGE success with Thanksgiving dinner. I added sweet chicken Italian sausage to elevate the complexity of the dish so it would pair better with the rest of the meal, and I also used brown rice. It was so creamy and I love the subtle spice that the cayenne pepper lends to the overall taste. Great dish and so simple to make!!!

This is a delicious side dish. It's pretty rich, but really flavorful and creamy. Easy to put together, too. This one is a winner. I'd make it again.
