I tried this after seeing it on TV the other night. WOW are these ever good. I didn't use the cheese because my son is lactose introlerant and they were still out of this world. I have since tried different sausages (which I make myself and have found my spicy Italian sausage to mix well with the chicken, puts a little zip in the patty. These patties are now one of our favourites.

I've made this dish a few times and I finally decided to post a review. Both my fiance and I love this recipe!! It was great with the naan. The only thing i changed was that I used provolone cheese. And I couldn't grasp the idea of dunking something with chorizo in ketchup. We had some great tomatillo salsa leftover, so we dunked the sandwich in that and it was great! Thanks Sunny!

I was new to ground chicken but I was pleasantly surprised at how everything turned out...it was juicy and flavorful and easy to make. i read a review that described the ground chicken as being a little hard to manage and i had the same problem but other than that this recipe is definetly a keeper!

This was the most delicious chicken dish I've ever had. I omitted the oregano and made it into a meatloaf and my family enjoyed as a regular dinner and the sandwiches after were excellent. My son suggested I keep this recipe in the must make again recipe pile. Thank you so much Sunny!!!

This was a delicious meal. I didn't have chorizo, so I used hot Italian turkey sausage and I made sure to season the meat very well, based on one of reviewers saying it was bland. While the meat was sticky to work with, that didn't bother me too much. I also used pita bread and used ketchup on the side. I didn't have Swiss cheese so I used pepper jack. This was moist, spicy and flavorful, just the way I like my food.

One of mine and hubby's new favorite recipes; we've made it twice in the last week! Really easy to make. We can't get chorizo here so I used ground hot Italian sausage instead, and swiss cheese. We put ours on pita bread. We didn't like ketchup with it, so I made a quick sauce with half mayo, half ketchup, and prepared horseradish to taste. As for the meat mix being sticky...it is at first but the warmth of your hands seems to make it much better by the time you're done forming a patty.

Super easy recipe! I couldn't wait to make these after watching the show. The patties do take a longer to cook than 3 minutes per side...but it was still a fast and easy recipe. We will make these again and again. I call my first attempt at a recipe by Sunny a success!!!

This was very bland. I did not use the onions because some of my family is not onion-friendly. However, I think onions would have dominated the taste. The meat mixture was VERY sticky and hard to work with. I also had to cook it much longer than 3 minutes per side. I was really looking forward to a new and different taste, but unfortunately, did not get it.
