I usually just sprinkle bare chops with Creole or Cajun seasoning and fry in bacon grease. These truly taste like fried chicken and are wonderful and worth the mess. I didn't make the chutney but will another time.

My husband and I LOVE these pork chops. The addition of the cornstarch makes these GREAT.

Let's just say that this recipe has made me a hero in my home. My wife and daughter absolutely loved this meal! Everything worked perfectly. The chutney just blew them away.
By the time dinner was over, the bones were picked so clean not even the dog had any use for them!

I am excited to try this recipe, however, I can not find pink peppercorns in my area. Is there any suggestion as to what I can substitute it with?? For those of you who were able to locate them, what type of store did you find it in?

Chutney: not knowing what it was, and knowing that Sunny and I have similar tastes, into the kitchen I went.
Making and tasting it...my mind rocketed to my Great Grandmother's mincemeat pie. My Great Grandmother came over from Norway and she was able to hook her 5 year old great grandson on real mincemeat pie with this Chutney base. I?ve made this several times and the experience is always the same, a heavenly aroma and taste. The tastes are aromatic, light, and the brilliant mixture of fruity tastes will not overpower meat like pork, venison or probably chicken. Thanks Again Sunny!!!

Saw you do this recipe on valentines day which also happens to be my anniversary. My wife hadn't been feeling well so instead of taking her out to dinner I decided to bring dinner to her. This was a great down home recipe that was awesome. If I can cook this meal anyone can. Thanks so much, John Houser
