Sunny said that mole means sauce in Spanish; not exactly true. Mole is a type of sauce whose two main ingredients are chiles and chocolate, very basic to the Aztecs, who shared their ingredients with the Spanish conquerors. While I haven't prepared this version of Chicken Mole to comment on the taste, I do know that it isn't an authentic Mexican mole, because of the omission of chocolate. Just because she prepared Molten Chocolate Cake for dessert, does not make Sunny's entree live up to real, authentic Chicken Mole.
