My family raved about this. I used gluten free pasta for my celiac husband and whole wheat pasta for my health conscious son. It's a home run and I will make this again and again.

All can say is delicious!!! I will definitely be making this again. I used mild Italian sausage and parmesan cheese it was so flavorful!! But I will used a different kind of pasta and my sauce didn't turn out soupy either and will reduce the heavy cream out to 3/4 cup!! But what an amazing sauce good job Sunny I watch ur show everyday its on!!!!

I made a few changes since i dont have everything what the recipe call for. Used johnsonville hot sausage, crushed tomatoes, paprika and mexican shredded cheese. I let the vodka cook for a few mins before adding the heavy cream and let it simmer few mins before adding the cheese. Well, it still taste great.

This is SOOOO yummy! It's a meal my husband requests quite often and it's also a really good dish for a potluck or if you need to take a meal to a friend since it's even better after being re-heated. For the chicken sausage, I've had the best luck finding it in the meat counter at Henry's or try your local grocery store. yummmmy!

This is sooo good! It's my fiance's favorite meal that I make. I add extra hot paprika, and instead of plain chicken sausage I use spicy italian turkey sausage. I also buy the pre-made sauce in the jar and it comes out the same (i've made it both ways if not better! Love it!

I love this recipe! It's easy, fast, and amazing! Making your own vodka sauce seems daunting, but this makes it very simple.

I have made this dish several times, and still continue to make it. I get my chicken sausage from Trader Joes. I follow this recipe to the T, other than adding an extra jalapeno. This is a must try recipe.
    Thank you Sunny!

My family LOVES this dish. No lie- the second time I made it I asked my husband to pick up the ingredients for me. He came home with everything I needed plus a bundle of cut flowers! I don't think I have ever cooked anything that inspired a gift of flowers before. It is my most requested dinner.

I know it is worse for you, but I do use regular spicy Italian sausage. We keep saying we will use a healthier option, but we love this SO much. I prefer the small rigatoni pasta over the larger kind. I just have regular paprika, and I use 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes vs jalapeno.

You HAVE to have bread with it so you can sop up the juice. The first day you eat it in a bowl, the second day it thickens up enough for a plate.

I did try to do some of this in a crock pot one time - it came out way too dry, but still tasty.
