I had the same problem with the peanut sauce and fixed it perfect! At 7:30pm on a school night with hungry kids, I didn't have time to start over and knew they wouldn't eat the super thick unattractive sauce either. I put the sauce in the food processor and poured in very hot water while pulsing the processor. It came out so good and my kids LOVED it!

Very good. The peanut sauce was a little hard to nail though. I kept adjusting it, until it got a little too runny and I thickened it; bad idea, it turned out way too rich, should have left it alone and not fussed so much over it, my fault.

I didnt think i was going to like it as much as did after it was cooked. It was very thick but VERY easy. I added a bit more lime and water but it was still very thick!
I MAY make this again but will probably try some others even if they require a bit more effort and ingredients.

Yummy and easy! I added some more liquid because I thought it was to thick but other than that it was good. I also left out the spicy ingredients because I have kids...they gobbled it up!

Delicious! And very easy too! I used trader joes peanut butter, the one with the natural oils that settle on top, I think a more natural peanut butter is best for this recipe since it has its oils so it won't dry out. I followed the directions and the peanut sauce was perfect consistency for dipping

The recipe was easy to make and fun as a project for me and my aspiring 10 year old chef. The skewers were super simple and the chicken had a pleasant taste.
The sauce almost became a solid as it solidified. The appearance of the sauce was a bit offputting. Personally, I love peanut butter and peanut sauces so I thought it was just okay. One of my sons (the one who helped me refused to eat the sauce after the initial taste. My younger (5 y/o liked the sauce.
While the recipe isn't horrid, it probably isn't something I would make again. It was an okay meal, but definitely a peculiar taste that some may not like.
