everyone loved it! Great on a blustery winter day. I added a few red pepper flakes for a little kick. Delish! Adding it to the rotation.

This was sooo good. If you can't handle milk, make it with lactose free milk. You still have to use the cream, but it helps alot. Made mine nice and thick. YUM

This is a fantastic recipe. I made it Sunday as well. It was so easy, budget-friendly (with the chicken thighs and delicious. It tasted even better when we ate it as left-overs a few days later. I generally prefer chicken breasts but using the chicken thighs gave the chowder a lot of flavor. I will make this again and again! Great job!

Very delicious! My whole family loved it. I didn't change anything about the recipe and it came out perfectly. We had oyster crackers with the soup. Yum!

Love this chowder. It's perfect for a winter night. It's a little time consuming, but if you are hanging out at home, go for it! Very flavorful (and filling!

This soup was very tasty and easy to make except for taking the meat from most of the bone but was worth it.

I usually stick to recipes that have hundreds of reviews, but I saw her make this on TV and I have been cooking it ever since.

I've made it exactly as written, bone and all. And I have made it with boneless thighs. Either way was delicious. I usually use at lead a pound of meat or a bit more.

My son does not like potatoes - go figure? So I thicken it with twice the butter/flour mixture, and pour it over egg noodles instead.

And the second day - OH MAN. Much thicker and yummier.
