I don't think I let my pan get hot enough. The flavor...was good. My salmon just didn't look like Sunny's : It was not as pretty. I will try this again.

AWESOME!! I made this for dinner tonight and it's fabulous!! My sister and I loved it and we will be adding it to the dinner rotation. It's a great variation for salmon! A must try and it'll probably be great on any fish too!

A miracle! My super picky husband, who hates both salmon and mango, said he loved this dish! I think it may be because the sweet mango takes away the fishy taste he hated. Sunny, you may have saved his poor little heart with Omega 3's! :

Needless to say, I also loved this. Quasi-religious experience on first bite. The crust is not idiot-proof, so my dish didn't look as pretty as Sunny's, but it still tasted great! Great, great flavors!

Also, the recipe turned out great when I used frozen mango chunks (220 g = 1 mango.

I enjoy watching your show everyday,and I like how you make it so simple to follow your recipes,I have made quite a few of your recipe and I have enjoy makeing them and they are so delicious,I would like to know why I havent seen your cookbook out here yet,it will be nice to have sunny anderson cookbook added to my collections of cookbooks.Thankyou for makeing my dinners be wonderful.!!!

Sunny.....I saw you make this on your show and really wanted to try it, but my fiance is allergic to fish, so we decided to use boneless skinless chicken breast. It came out really good. I browned both sides of the chicken then put the chicken in the oven to bake for about 20 mins. The chicken came out super moist and tasting really good. Me and my fiance will definitely use this recipe again.
