    Sunny.....I saw you make this on your show and really wanted to try it, but my fiance is allergic to fish, so we decided to use boneless skinless chicken breast. It came out really good. I browned both sides of the chicken then put the chicken in the oven to bake for about 20 mins. The chicken came out super moist and tasting really good. Me and my fiance will definitely use this recipe again.

    We're trying to eat more fish and this recipe looked really good so I gave it a shot. It's the PERFECT balance of sweet and savory! My hubby isn't a fruit lover but thought the mango sauce was amazing on the salmon. The only problem I had was that the crust got burnt pretty quickly and I had to basically take it off. Maybe the heat should be medium instead of high?

    Fabulous, easy recipe! Love the depth of texture that the cornbread adds. Make sure your pan is hot enough to really sear the cornbread but not overcook the fish. thanks sunny for this creative dish!

    I used the Corny Mango sauce on halibut and it was excellent! Thank you Sunny for an easy, tasty recipe, I will be using this again.

    Sunny.......... I want to say thank you very much for this recipe : I had just decided we were going to eat fish (grilled or baked at least once or twice a week. I saw this recipe and decided to give it a go. I made the recipe yesterday & my daughter and I loved it!!!!!!!!!
    I'm addicted to this recipe..............I'm making it again tonight......lol

    I am not a salmon lover but I know its good for me so I try to find ways to cook it that I like. This was wonderful!!

    My husband loves mango so he was very impressed as well.

    Your fish monger needs more education. Farmed salmon is Atlantic salmon - color added, antibotics, and growth hormones. Use wild salmon for a healthier meal - buy fresh frozen and not thawed. Recipe is great! Enjoyed your show - An Alaskan fisherman.

    Oh my goodness. This was wonderful. I knew you from the radio, but I found out about your show through Wendy William's radio show. The show and your recipes are so good. I truly dislike fish, but I am trying to expand my palette as well as work on my health. Although I am unclear about how healthy this is, it certainly made me love salmon. P.S. the salsa also went well with lobster tails.

    Hello Sunny & God Bless you!! Recently I watched your show when you introduced this Corny Mango Salmon. I have never eaten salmon due to me being allergic to shellfish. But the way you presented this dish makes me want to try it and get rid of my fear of fish. I know salnom isn't a shellfish but I've always shyed away from just about all execpt fresh water fish. Beinh from Florida & a mango lover I will give this recipe a try & I will let you know how it went. Just the way you presented the dish I give you an excellent rating!!!!
