Having guests tonight who won't eat any kind of fish. Will try the corny mango prep with chicken. I'll let you know how it works.

My roommate and I made this last night on the grill and it was awesome! I would've never thought to mix mango with cornmeal, but the two flavors complimented each other so well!

The salmon turned out moist and delicious. My husband loved it too. I recommended the recipe to my extended family.

I LOVED this recipe. I make salmon fairly often but, this is my new favorite.
The mango sauce was sweet and yummy over the delicious corn crust of the salmon. Made exactly as directed and the fish was perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this and will be making it over and over again. Very easy, can't mess up.

This recipe is so simple and so tasty. I can't wait to make it again. Sunny you rock and I am loving you. The only problem is I have electric stove so cooking the fish on high was a bit of a mistake. Next time lower but my aunt and I loved it. Can't wait to serve to company. Served with brocolli slaw recipe I got from Sandra Lee. Love the food network.

I made this last weekend with my boyfriend and it came out very good! I was a little worried because it didn't look as pretty as Sunny's, but the taste definitely made up for that. I used mango chutney instead of fresh mango and mango nector and I really liked the sweet flavor that it gave. We will definitley be making this again and I'll try to get it to look as good as it tastes!

I made this as a 2nd dish for easter. So very delicious!! I used frozen (but defrosted diced mango since it's not in season yet but it turned out great. I took leftovers to work & they were devoured!! Very easy to make & very very tasty.

I loved this salmon recipe. The mango sauce gave it a nice carribean flair. I served it with brown rice, french beans and peeled baby carrots. I will definitely make this salmon again!
