Make this dish at least twice a month...it is so good! Also use it as a filling for phyllo cups(use frozen and top with crumbled fried onions...bake at 350 for about 10 min. I also cut red pepper flakes to 1/2 t. to make it appealing to everyone. It is a fabulous appetizer hot or room temp.

Very tasty recipe, but I think the quantity for the dried red pepper flakes is wrong. It read 2 (two teaspons and I think it should have been 1/2 (one-half teaspoon. Don't get me wrong, I'm a true pepper head and lived in Mexico, but this was too much and distracted from the more delicate flavors - really masked them, which were lovely.
I shall make this again, w/ reduce red pepper flakes. I think sauted mushrooms would be good. I like the other suggestions in the comments before - pizza toppings, and my hubby (not a pepper head loved it on top of his baked potato.

Okay, this is the best creamed spinach I have ever eaten - bar none. My husband knew I was making it and would not touch it, but he likes hot spinach dip for chips (go figure, which this would work great for. This is really a keeper - good cold or hot.

Watched Sunny make it and had to try it myself. This came out fantastic! I plan to use the cream sauce to do up all sorts of veggies - summer/zucchini squash, broccoli, cauliflower. Summer's coming and I'll be ready! Thanks Sunny.

I made this for Easter dinner and it was delicious. It all smelled so wonderful just cooking the spinach in the cream sauce. I even made it the day ahead and then topped it with the fried onions and baked it the morning of. Just to save time. I didn't change a thing and it turned out delicious. Everyone loved it. With the heavy cream, cheese and sour cream you'd think it would be very heavy but it isn't. I recommend making this for sure!

I have made this dish several times and love it evry time. The red chilli flakes really need to me moderated depending on the tastes of your guests or it may be too hot. I'm making this today as a side dish for Easter.

This recipe was super delicious. I love creamed spinach and this recipe was great. The spicy flavor from the pepper flakes and the crispy topping from the fried onions. My family loved it!!!
