This was an incredibly easy recipe to make and everyone loved it. Made it for a dinner party last night and everyone asked for the recipe. Thanks Sunny for the yummy recipe.

The creamed spinach from the Tam O"Shanter Restaurant in Los Angeles had been my favorite vegetable dish until I tried this one! It is the best I've ever tasted and I feel that the addition of the canned fried onions, red pepper flakes, and sour cream made the difference. I used emmenthaler cheese in place of the Parmesan called for since I didn't have the Parmesan on hand. Great recipe!

I wanted to make the creamy spinach recipe, but while at the grocery store had an unpleasant incident with another woman, so instead grabbed the broccoli by mistake. I unfortunately didn't realize it until after I had thawed it out and opened the package. So I made it with broccoli. Creamy broccoli.. It was amazing. Going to have to try it with spinach next time. My husband ate 2 heaping helpings of it. We ate it with Feta and Sundried Tomato stuffed Chicken breast.
