Excellent! My whole family, including children love this. Always requested for dinner parties, special occasions, etc. Easy to prepare with common ingredients I always have on hand. Freezes well, so I can always have it ready to add the onion topping and bake for last minute dinner guests. Love it, love it, love it

Love this dish!!! I've made it every week for the last month. I just can't get enough of it. One change I've made is using fat free half & half. I've even used this in other recipes like "green eggs and ham".

LOVED it! Used less red pepper, and after getting halfway done, realized I didnt have heavy cream :(. Used milk, thickened with flour and put it on baked potatoes. Was amazing. This is a keeper! Going to put other veggies in it today and do it again!

My family loves this recipe. I make it over and over again. This is the only way my adult kids will eat spinach. Great job, Sunny

First time, I made this as written--delicious. The cream sauce is fantastic and will work with other vegetables. There is heat, so to please my grandchildren or other guests who don't care for heat, I cut back on the red pepper flakes to 1/2 tsp making the dish more neutral but still yummy. I bake it in advance, reheat gently to serve. Excellent.

Prepared this dish for Christmas eve dinner and everyone loved it. I prepared it the day before and refrigerated it to cook the next day at the house I was traveling to. Already got emails for the recipe from family members!!!
