Made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit I did add more garlic....Made it a week later for a different crowd, added marsalla sauteed crimini mushrooms, just to enhance it and everyone loved it too. I do love the way Sunny cooks!!

Delicious! Even my anti-vegetable husband had two helpings. I made this for Christmas dinner and heeded the advice of other reviewers with 2 minor changes: I added < 1 tsp red pepper flakes and omitted the nutmeg since I am not a fan. The heat was perfect (just a little in the background and all our diners thought this was great. I made this the day before and pulled out an hour before baking. Had to leave it in for 10 minutes longer since there was a chill on it. Definitely a keeper!

This recipe is addictive!!! I made it for Christmas dinner and it was the first thing to disappear from everyone's plate. It was the hit of the dinner. I didn't add the red pepper flakes because of one of my guests. I will make it again and often. It's an easy dish to assemble and cook. I have fresh nutmeg, which was awesome. Sunny, as usual, you have come through with a huge hit! This will make a great side dish for an array of main courses. Keep 'em coming Sunny!!! (BTW, it's a great dish to make ahead and simply bake it just before dinner!

Loved it! This was the first creamed spinach that I have ever tried. It was a little to spicy for me but next time I will reduce the red pepper flakes. My family loved it! Will use it again!!

Made this recipe with glutten free fried onions and it was a real hit. The left overs were equally great. Did lower the amount of heat. But, all in all we loved this dish......

DELICIOUS! I didn't use the nutmeg because I am not a big fan. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. It was awesome, but VERY spicy. I can't believe that there isn't spicy in the name of this recipe. Next time I will cut the red pepper flakes in half, then it will be perfect!

I just made the dish tonight and it was absolutely delicious! I left out the nutmeg and only put one teaspoon of red chili flakes, which turned out perfectly for me.

Sunny, I watched this episode the other day and Immediately decided to make it...it's been a long time since I wanted to eat the whole pan and lick it too! :D oh my is this delicious or what?!! this is a keeper, 100%. I also sprinkled breadcrumbs on it and broiled it at the very end, mhhh little crunch added even more to it.
