This recipe was simple and delicious. My 7 year old who is in the if its a vegetable I don't like it phase, loved this!! I made a substitution, using Italian bread crombs, instead of the French onions, as I didn't have those handy and I think for our taste that worked better. I can't wait to try other dishes!! Thanks, Sunny!

OMG!!! THE BEST CREAMED SPINACH EVA!!! I used fresh spinach leaves and after reading the other reviews I used 1-1/2 tbls red chili flakes instead of the recommended 2 tablespoons -- 1 tbl would've been less enough. This is a fabulous dish...nothing diet about this, but we won't have it too often. Now, my son is asking for mashed potatoes to go with the leftovers! Thank you Sunny Anderson!

This recipe for creamed spinach was amazing!! I followed the directions, didnt change anything. i would definitely recomend this as a side dish.

I thought using fresh spinach would make for a tastier dish but the second time I used frozen and it was just as delicious and esier (no need to saute this will be our Family holiday side dish. Thanks Sunny for easy, delicious dishes.
