My oh my! Never have I had a side dish with spinach in it that tasted soooo good. Did a quick search of side dishes on christmas eve and I chose this as one of the sides for my christmas dinner and we loved it. The parmesan and red onion are the true stars...

I made this for my Mother and she said it was better than any restaurants. It was! Extremely delicious and very fast and easy. My kids even ate this spinach.

Delicious!!! I agree with the others about cutting back the pepper a little unless you want a good kick! With the left overs, I added some provolone and mozzarella and a little more cream to make a spinach dip for tostitos- also great! Happy Eating!

Loved it! Next time will cut back some on red pepper flakes (bit too spicy for younger kids. Husband, sister,& 16 yr. old daughter fought over the last of it!

I would definitely make this again..Best recipe I've ever made.. Had my doubts, thought simple is the best way but at the last minute changed my mind..I did cut back on red pepper flakes as viewers recom. (thanks for the tip. That was the only change I made on the recipe..I also thought it tasted better the 2nd day.. This recipe would definitely be great in stuffed mushrooms with shrimp or scallops. Thanks Sunny. This is the first recipe I've ever made of yours.. I know it wont be the last..

This is my first review ever! Winning Recipe. I made this as a side dish for Christmas and all my guests raved about it, and it is a tough crowd. I used half the red chili flakes, and it still had a good bite too it. I will be sharing the recipe and will definitely make it again.

Great recipe. If it is your first time making this recipe, I suggest reducing the amount of red pepper flakes by half. I like things on the spicy side, but the spice might be too much for some people. People can always add more to suit their own tastes. This is my favorite spinach recipe, and it is very simple to make. I also like that this recipe is vegetarian.

This is a great dish! I made it for Thanksgiving and everyone raved about it - it was the side dish "winner" on the table. It is a very rich dish, but I found that at least half of the heavy cream can be substituted with half & half with no effect to the richness, except of course for the number of calories. I also cut the hot pepper flakes down by half and it still had more than enough kick to suite everyone's taste. This is a keeper recipe, for sure!

This was very good. Creamy, rich and slightly spicy. The only thing I didn't add were the fried onions as I don't care for them. I also added a handful of shredded cheese (mixed yellow and white cheddar cheese during the last five minutes of baking. The one mistake I made is not allowing the spinach to thaw so I could drain and squeeze the excess water out of it. My sauce was slightly runny and I think that's the reason why. Next time I will definitely make sure the spinach is dry before mixing it in with the sauce. We had this dish with rib eye steaks and corn on the cob. Yum!

This recipe was amazing! I never really cared for cream spinach growing up but this recipe is great! The flavors work so well together. I made this for Easter and my family (even my picky 5 year old ate it all up. I'll be making this dish again for Thanksgiving and probably Christmas too :
