I made this for my family last night and it was a hit. I had the leftovers today for lunch with corn chips and it was FABULOUS - it's a side, it's a dip love it!!!!!

I had never given creamed spinich a try before, but Sunny's recipe looked so good, I thought I would give it a try. I am so happy that I did!! This is a must try recipe. The only thing that I will do different next time is go a tad bit easier with the red pepper maybe just 1tsp. instead of 2.

This was absolutely delicious!!!!! Made it for dinner tonight and my family LOVED it!!!!!! The only thing I did different was only used one tsp. of the red pepper flakes instead of two... small children would also be eating it and it still had enough heat. Will definitely be making this dish again!!!! Thanks Sunny!!!!!!

This is only the second recipe I've tried that was featured on the Food Network.I have to say I loved this and didn't like Alton Brown's homemade onion dip ( too much mayo for me .My hubby wouldn't eat this as he only likes spinach in salads.I never had creamed spinach 'til I was in my early 20's.My Mother never made it.I have visited the Chelsea Market in NYC where the FN has their HQ.

This recipe is AMAZING!! The new twist of ingredients kept my friends and family going back for me and asking how I made it. Beware of the red pepper if you don't like a lot of heat. I loved it!

This recipe was great and there are so many ways to vary it. I made it the first time exactly to recipe and it was fantastic!!! I just crushed the french's onion straws before sprinkling them over the top. The second time I made this recipe- I added a tad bit more cheese and instead of onion straws I used crumbled Ritz crackers over the top! It was amazing! Makes me want to try more of Sunny's recipes!
