    Tried this recipe with white rice (didn't have any wild rice in the pantry

    I love dried cherries so I used them (cut in half and the result was just as
    it says, "creamy baked chicken"

    Great for a cold night...real comfort food...YUM!

    So Lynett, dont put the topping on or use your skills and make the meal more suited to you. That is what cooking is all about.
