    The dressing on this potato salad is so tasty. I didn't have stone ground so I used dijon. I didn't think it would work but it did. I also made the cheddar/bacon bisquits and the ribs are cooking even as we speak (honey basted. I can't wait to eat dinner.

    This recipe is fantastic! What a nice change in flavor from the typical potato salad. The mustard gives it a nice kick and the prosciutto adds an additional flavor that just pulls it all together. This is a keeper!
