    First time making Mac and Cheese, and it came out quite tasty. Used both the onion and garlic and they gave it a unique flavor. The shredded cheeses melted fine. Will definitely use this recipe again!

    I have been looking for a really good mac & cheese recipe. My daughter is very picky about the mac & cheese taste and thinks best kind is in a box. I fixed this one tonight and she ate 2 helpings. I made mine without the onions because I didn't think that the family would eat with. It was great. Sunny, I enjoy your show. You have some great recipes

    I didn't like it, my daughter ate the heck out of it though. I might make it again, it was an easy dinner; maybe I didn't like it because I used whole wheat pasta. Next time I'll try regular.

    Excellent mac and cheese. I have used garlic for years and I adjusted the cheese and pasta accordingly.....Your recipes are always great. I make the Maniladas all the time for my friends and they are blown away....thanks

    It was very good. I used 1 cup of cream and 1 cup of 2% milk and it was still rich. Don't substitute the cheeses and don't let the cream boil.

    This is the best Mac & Cheese I have ever made - it wows my guests every time. Easy and quick, you can prep everything before hand and put it together fresh in no time. Plus I can add a variety of healthy ingredients, like fresh veg. & ham, to make a complete meal or different spices to create a unique side dish. (I find that half&half also works fine to cut a little fat & calories

    This is my go to mac and cheese recipe.... thanks Sunny! The onion juices really give it a more full bodied mac and cheese and it is soooo easy! Maybe not the healthiest but seriously, with mac and cheese who cares!!!!!
