Thank You so much Sunny! I'm no longer afraid of cooking fish and my husband is no longer of eating the fish I cook. My husband loves fish and could never really give him something I was proud of. Now I know what to cook on our first year anniversary next month. Thanks again!

This is the best recipe for catfish I have ever tasted. I had never used egg or cornstarch. And just those two things made ALL the difference. Better than my Nana's catfish, which rarely happens. This is my new way to fry up some fish. And the tartar sauce was AWESOME too. I ate one piece just with tartar sauce and no bread. Just the way I like any new recipe. Brainless, Simple and Tasty! Sunny you are the greatest. Keep it up girl!

I made the fish last night. My husband and I loved the seasonings of the fish. Normally I don't do the egg batter, but that is no longer the case. Can't wait to try it with my trout and red snapper. Great job Sunny!!!!

We changed the fish from Catfish to Fillet Sole and it came out the same. EXCELLENT....My hubby's friends thought that we had purchased it @ a Fish Market....We cooked this with some chicken and salad and some fries...It was a Saturday but the FISH FRY was still on....I did make the juice also for my kids on Sunday (which they LOVED. I did not like it to much because I don't like apples...I substituted the raspberries for strawberries and even some of the adults added it to some vodka...Was great....made the tartar sauce today and hopefully that will be as EXCELLENT as the rest of the meal.....I didn't get anything like this in school but I am super happy as an adult to live out my child hood with this Friday Fish Fry.
