It was easy to make but the flavors weren't as good as other pot pies I have made.

A delicious way to use up leftover chicken. I also really like the one pan idea. Cast iron skillets are win!

This is a great recipe. I made a few changes, and prepared for about 25 people. I used cream of chicken soup to thicken a bit. Two weeks later and I'm still getting compliments. Everyone's asking me for the recipe.

This recipe was great! I didn't have any heavy cream, so I used a can of cream of celery soup and a splash of half and half. I used diced onion (which I sauteed with the frozen peas and carrots instead of frozen onions. I put it in the oven before I left for football practice and had the oven turn off automatically. When I got home, it was perfect! My 12 year old and 9 year old both liked it... Definitely a keeper!

So tasty! This was my first chicken pot pie and I thought it was just great! I even messed up by adding the flour to after the chicken stock but it still worked out! I doubled up on my veggies and used fresh carrot, celery, and onion but I did use frozen peas. I also added a splash of white wine and doubled the sage, paprika and oregano. I usually try not to add any salt to my dishes so I used very little salt but mostly because I used a store bought rotiserrie chicken that was already seasoned. Overall, super easy and super tasty!

This pot pie is DELISH! I made it tonight with modifications based on what I had on hand. I read the reviews and did 1 1/2 the spices for the chicken, added 1 T of flour, used 1/3 C. shallots instead of pearl onions, green beans instead of peas, 1 C. of carrots, and instead of chicken stock I used Veggie broth.

I also put it in a glass baking dish so did the crust on the bottom, baking it a bit before pouring in everything. It is really amazing and I'm already looking forward to leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!!

Definitely tasty, only issue I had was not letting mixture thicken enough, but now I know better for next time!
