Easy and SUPER delicious. Totally takes that weird pork-y flavor I sometimes taste in chops. Not super flavorful, but enough to one-up regular ol' grilled chops. Slightly spicy, slightly sweet. Completely delicious and easy. I had 2 extra large chops, which are probably 8-9 oz each. I used 2 TBSP honey and it's *just* enough--trying to be low carb. The more red pepper flakes the better!! Actually, since going low-ish carb, I am looooving spicy food. I will totally be doing this again for my chops. Definitely let them come to room temp for 2 hours before you grill. Makes all the difference. Thank you, Sunny! This WAS easy and delicious!

These were terrific! They had a slightly sweet taste and a little, flavorful bite. This one's a keeper.

I was skeptical at first. Its so hard to find recipes on here that dont have 15 ingredients, but that is why I loved this recipe. I didnt have any red pepper flakes so my chops came out a little toned down in flavor, but they were great. The honey and vinegar carmelized the chops nicely and I bet if I had marinated it for longer it would have been even better. This is a keeper

Not sure what I did wrong, especially in view of the great reviews from the others, but the flavor was really too subtle for me. My husband and daughter weren't very fond of it either. I will try it again and update my review if we have a change of heart.

Simple and delicious! Nothing like organic pork from Whole Foods! Pricey, but worth it! Added a little tamari. This recipe will be saved in our favorites!

This is my first ever food review. This recipe was so easy and so tasty I felt I had to log in and share.
The only deviation we made was to have our butcher cut the chops to a 1" thickness and then increase the cooking time to 5 minutes per side. These pork chops were fantastic!!!
