I made these last evening for dinner and what a treat! I did them a BBQ grill and they were so moist and delicious. I, too, loved the marinade. Even with the honey, the chops had a slight zing to the flavor. I made a spinach and strawberry salad to serve with the chops. When my husband eats every morsal on his plate, I always know this new recipe is a winner.

I really liked the sweet note of the honey in the marinade, and the cumin made it complex. If I had the time (and remembered, I would marinade for a few hours longer next time. All the same, it was delicious.

Hmm, yummy. Just made this tonight. I was so scared I'd get dried out pork chops. I did not use the bone-in chops. I had very thick chops and grilled them on top of the stove. I got really beautiful grill marks, they really did look like they came off an outdoor grill. I took them off after a really good sear on all sides, yep, even the edges. I had to finish them in a 350 oven for only 10 minutes, and they turned out juicy and tender. Who wants dried up chops, right? Sunny thank you for this one, the marinade was delicious and caramelized the chops beautifully. Got some on my fingers and it tasted so good before going on the chops. I couldn't be happier.

Thank you so much for this easy, straightforward recipe and grilling info. Easy to whip up and doesn't take 4+ hours of marinading!! Perfect for busy -- don't have time to plan! --- meal. And the grilling tips about how to know when ready was great - my 13 year old was grill master and the chops turned out absolutely perfectly cooked. Thanks!!! will be using this recipe again (I added a pinch more red pepper and may add some more honey

This is an easy recipe that makes dinner look professional. The flavors were great. It looks great on the plate and with some wilted greens, it made for a great dinner presentation. I can't wait for summer to begin to add this to an easy weekend dinner! Thank you, Sunny!!
