This was the most tasteless thing I have every made. Like other reviewers I tried adding other spices to liven it up. Just plain awful. I threw it all away. Waste of time and money.

This dressing was tasteless and I even added extra spices. It was also too chunky for my liking

This recipe was easy to follow and turned out very tasty.
I do agree that this is a thick dressing but if you follow the directions and mix it with the salad ingredients then it mixes well together.

The dressing was thick after being refrigerated but it still works and my friends loved it. The dressing has a refreshing kick to it and it works well with the simple salad. I added red bell pepper because my friends do not like tomatoes. I think cucumbers and other bell peppers could be added as well. I usually have oil and vinegar as my dressing at home so I would definitely make this again because it's unusual with a kick and a crunch that makes you want to eat more. It's a new way for me to use tomatillos as well.

I agree, the dressing was very thick. It would almost work better as a dip.

The dressing was very strange after everything was mixed together and chilled (very thick. I will not make this again, very bland.
