THIS IS OUTSTANDING! I loved this dish! I watched Sunny make it on her program and went out that afternoon to purchase the ingredients. I made it for my family tonight and it's a keeper! Very easy to make.

Love this recipe. I may make a few changes with what I did only because I didn't follow Sunny's portions exactly. I made 3 pastries and on 2 I used salmon and on 1 I used chicken since our daughter isn't a salmon fan. Let me say everyone LOVED it!!! The mushroom portion with the puff pastry was incredible. I have been requested to try this without the salmon and I think it's a great vegetarian alternative and big winner. That will be coming soon. This recipe can be used for just about any protein you desire.

My kids absolutely enjoyed this recipe although I thought the flavor was a little bland and could have been a little spicier! I will try it again but this time I will add more seasonings to bring out the flavor more. The kids ate the spinach without complaining.

I loved this recipe! It was so easy to make. My husband had gone salmon fishing in Alaska and I needed more salmon recipes so I tried this one. I had forgotten to buy the mushrooms and used can instead and still it was fantastic. My husband said it was just like something from a restaurant. It does have a strong lemony flavor so if you don't like alot of lemon cut it down. I love it so to me the balance was fantastic. I am making it this Sunday for a family gathering. Thanks for a great one.

This recipe was okay, but not something that I will make again. I did love the mushroom/spinach mixture and ate the leftover of that while the rest baked.

I made this dish for some close friends. They raved about how delicious this dish was. It was very easy to out together and looked so elegant on the plate. Will definitely serve this dish again!! Thanks, Sunny for an excellent menu idea.

This looks complicated, but was very easy to put together and the WOW factor was great. So tasty. Great to be able to assemble it all, clean up while it cooks, and then just sit down and enjoy. Thanks for another winner, Sunny! Love your show.

I forget that when I see recipes on TV they seem much quicker because everything is already prepped and within an arms reach. This one took a good chunk of time and I'm not entirely sure it was worth it. I definitely liked it, but not in love. I found it to be a bit to lemony. It says to season the fish with lemon juice and I would omit this step if I made the dish again. I LOVED the mushroom "sauce" and will for sure be making that again to serve on chicken, steak, pork chops, the sky is the limit with that and it was super easy. All in all, too much lemon, a lot of time and dirty dishes, but a good dish.

I made this and my future exhusband loved it....The salmon was so moist and the spinach was yummy....Nice work Sunny
