This receipe looked so good on tv but when I made it there was little flavor and the fish was dry and tasteless. The flovor that did come through was the lemon. The pastry was a not evenly browned. Also the clean up was too much.

This recipe is DEFINITELY a keeper! Just as long as you get a good cut of fish it will cook up tender and flaky in 30-35 minutes. The combination of the spinach and mushroom with it is a perfect complement and you can easily season either to flavor it however you want. This recipe gives the fish and spinach a more lemony flavor but that can easily be adjusted. quick and easy to make, a perfect meal in a pocket!

Quick question to those posting comments just to fuss at people posting comments and rating without first trying the recipe...are you not doing the EXACT same thing? I believe the word you chose to use was "injustice" however you just rated the recipe a 1-star recipe. Why is that not also an injustice to Sunny? Btw, recipe was great, but then again when is Sunny ever not great?

I made this for dinner after watching the show. My family loved it and can't wait for me to make it again. It's a very impressive looking dish with really good flavors and no one knows how easy it is to make. It's definately a great dish to make when you have guests, but it's easy enough to make for the family any night. Thanks Sunny!

HEY ISABELLA - in Annes' defnese she has a point. The following people posted 4-5 stars by just posting a commnet or asking a question, not even making the dish: Glenda, Dorothy, Lisbeth, Lamirra....Hmmmm, thats 4 misreprensted reviews and they did not make the dish to evlauate!!! How is that fair for a true rating????

I am latose intolerant and I was wondering if there was anything I can substitute for the sour cream that is non-dairy.

I have added this one to my recipe box...we love salmon and I'm always looking for a new way to make it. The puff pastry sounds wonderful, but for everyday does anyone have an alternative so it's not as high caloric? Thanks! Also, I gave it 5 stars because all the components are delicious!
