I saw this recipe on 05/15 while out of town and thought "Wow! This looks easy!" I was determined to try it when I got back home last night. (That, and the Paula Deen Frozen Banana Split. Well...well...well.!!! First, it was super easy and Second, it was absolutely delicious! My son, who is not a spinach eater, loved it as well. I definitely plan on making it for my next gathering.

P.S. Anne from Dallas...even though people hadn't tried it yet, I think it's INAPPROPRIATE for you to give her a 1 star when you hadn't tried it either. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black! So take your own advice and don't rate it (at all until you've first tried it!!!!!!!

It's inappropriate for nearly half the people rating this a 4 or 5 before even trying so let's add some balance here and hope that those who try it will take the time to rate it. People know better than this and if you're a fan of Sunny's, you do her an injustice.

I watched this episode on 5/15 and when she finished it looked good but I was not totally sold......until I made it. This dish was so good. The lemon on the fish and thyme in the mushroom mixture really gave it a lot of flavor. Thanks! This one is going in the recipe box.

Just watched Sunny make this recipe and it looked terrific.
Only problem is that I hate salmon.
    What other fish would work?
    Any ideas?
