These were the absolute best potstickers i have ever had! And i made them! I got all the ingredients from a local oriental market and i think that really made a different with the flavors and such. will be making these again soon.....and i def will be freezing some, theyre great for company. Oh and definitely use raw shrimp, fresh is best but frozen works well too if thawed properly....

It was my first time making potstickers, and I had never tried them before in a restaurant so I wasn't sure how they were going to taste. Though, with all the positive reviews, I had a good feeling itd be successful.
The overall recipe is amazing! The prep time is long though, but cooking them is actually a lot of fun and very easy to do. They taste even better the next day.
Though one piece of advice to those who want to make these: Make a whole batch of them on a Sunday, freeze, and bring out when you just want to make a couple with dinner. If you work during the day and go home to make these, its not such a good idea. Overall, it was amazing! I was very impressed on how they turned out on my first try. Easy!

My local Asian restaraunt stopped selling shrimp dumplings. I looked everywhere in my area and couldn't find them. I tried this recipe and they are excellent! My search for shrimp dumplings is over. This recipe is wonderful!SPLENDIFOROUS!!

Wow! I made this and added just a little fresh ginger to the mix and it was outstanding. We could make this anytime for anyone and be completely happy. Thanks for the appetizer.

I made all three items from this episode and along with the other recipes, this was delicious too. Can someone let me know how to make the potstickers ahead of time and keep them from sticking prior to cooking.

I loved these! I added fresh ginger (about 1/2 tsp grated and had them with a great Asian dinner. Fantastic! I loved the way Sunny made it seem so easy!! Our family only needed about 20 potstickers so I added the rest of the mix to my fried rice and it was fabulous!

These were great - definitely a keeper! The dipping sauce makes the dish - so tasty! The reciepe does call for too much oil... A small amount of oil and a good nonstick pan works the best.
