DELICIOUS. Made them last night, did not measure any of the ingredients and it still turned out great. I reduced the recipe to test it out before preparing it for a party, made 1/4 pound of shrimp in 10 wrappers. I added some red pepper flakes and a pinch of ginger powder.

Wonderfully easy to make especially since I don't like to follow a recipe. I x-changed the shrimp for chicken as that is what I had in the house and it was outstanding. I will try the shrimp next. I love watching Sunny as she has such a great down to earth personality.

Tasty little morsels! Though the prep work is tedious.

This is in response to Cherreekswain. We have a wonderful little Asain market on Pine Tree Road. East side of road. Hope this helps. It is so wonderful that Sandy is doing Asain inspired menus. Keep them coming.

You can find ponzu on Amazon if you can't get it in your local grocery store.

Unable to find ponzu in this part of Texas. What can be substituted for it?
