    This dish was absolutely wonderful. Fairly simple to make and a big hit with my company who couldn't wait to sink their teeth into what they had been smelling with the onions and peppers saute'd minutes before the meat was ready. For those folks who are not good at the gril watch your meet as this cut can be tough.

    I made this tonight and it was awesome! Flavorful and great! My son loved it and he is fussy! Thanks!!!!!!! I had green onions that i used for a milder taste. Did not have fresh herbs used dried and still GREAT!!!!! Will make this regularly now. Why buy prepackaged when you have this recipe!!!!

    The steak and chimichurri were really great. The peppers were nothing special - next time I think I'll grill them instead. (Slightly charred?? Mmm...

    Also, I didn't have sherry vinegar but white wine vinegar worked great. I used more than the recipe said to make the sauce a little sharper.

    This recipe was so simple to prepare and so delicious...
    The Fajta bar was the hit of the party...I didn't realize how many people love fajitas. People love to chose from all the topping selections! All I heard all night was these were the best fajita's I have ever eaten..As they stood on line to make another one
    I highly recommend this recipe it certainly will be a keeper in my house!

    This recipe was easy and wonderfully yummy. I made these fajitas for my entire family and had no left overs. I made chicken AND steak and both were wonderful. The drunken peppers were a huge hit - even with my husband who doesn't usually eat peppers. I will be using this recipe evey time I make fajitas.

    I made this for friends and they adored it. The Chimichurri sauce was flavorful, and added just the right touch.( It's important that the meat be cut across the grain, on the diagonal, and as thinly as possible. The drunken peppers we awsome and colorful, and went perfectly with the sauce. I will definitely make this again.

    This recipe was great! I changed it a little bit to fit our taste and marinaded the flank steak for about 30 mins. It had a wonderful flavor and the peppers and onions were perfect over the top!
