    I am an okra lover. Everyone else in my house hates okra. We all LOVE this recipe. Much better than breaded. Faster and better tasting, too. Thanks!

    Very good method but I have one question on it, in the picture and in her episode on this recipe it shows that the okra is sliced lengthwise but in the instructions it says to slice crosswise. Whe the difference?

    Its like a crunchy taste treat.. I could sit and watch a movie eat these like it was popcorn.. LOVE THEM. Sunny Girrrl... YOU got this one right! Easy and fast. My family loved them.. Didn't have any left over. Loved the whole Southern Hospitality menu. love love love IT!!!!

    I tried this recipe the way Sunny made it and floured the okra before frying. Both were excellent. My family love okra and never thought to fry it without a batter. It's our new favorite "side dish". I cannot wait for my mother in law comes to visit so that I can make it for her!
