Very light and refreshing fruit salad. The lime juice gives it a wonderful bright flavor. The poppy seeds were undetectable, so I won`t add them again. However, the pistachios are a wonderful addition.

This is a fantastic recipe. Made it yesterday and just had the leftovers for lunch today. It was even better! The lime juice and pistachios are a so good in this.

You will be surprised. Nice alternative to a green salad. Served it at a dinner party. Guests also liked it. I agree...add the pistachios.

This was a refreshing take on fruit salad. The poppy seed dressing was easy to make and a great compliment to the fruit. I followed the recipe exactly and my family enjoyed it. I've made it twice already and plan to make it again. (Make sure you add the pistachios!

I couldn't stop eating this fruit salad. I made it today, and with the exception of substituting almonds for the pistachios, I followed the recipe. One of the best fruit salads I've ever had. I will definitely make this again.

I made this for my husband and myself for dinner last week, it was delicious! We fought over the left overs. I didn't have the pistachios so, I just substituted walnuts and almonds. It was great, so great we are having it again tonight!

I prepared this dish for a business meeting today and made it into fruit cups. It was a big hit! Everyone enjoyed it. However, I did have to improvise since I wasn't able to obtain all the ingredients. I used lemon juice instead of lime juice and toasted, unsalted cashews in place of pistachios. I also used Splenda instead of sugar. The lemon juice with the Splenda combo is just perfect on the salad. Thanks so much for sharing Sunny!

My family LOVED this dish! My husband, who refuses to eat healthy, grabbed the bowl of fruit salad after eating what he had on his plate! My kids and I ate it all too. It has just the right bite of tang to it. I did however, change the recipe to fit my taste but, the dressing was awesome. This will be served at my son's birthday party this week.
