    I would like to hear if anyone gets this to come out in the crockpot. Too hot to run the oven all day! Ditto on the rating comment by Jazz. Wish they'd let us just discuss without a rating. I'm sure they could separate unrated posts from rated.

    I plan on trying this recipe since I don't have a smoker and sounds like a great alternative for me. Since the recipe just aired today, I am going to give it a rating of 3 and then come back after I actually try it. Unlike others, I refuse to give a recipe a 1 star before I even try it, especially because of the cooking process alone.
