Very tasty! I used orange instead of grapefruit and it was delicious. Followed the same directions, but used less sugar and honey.
I had a problem with the directions. They said in the first paragraph to "juice one grapefruit into a liquid measure." Then the second paragraph said with the second grapefruit to "squeeze the remaining flesh and .... into a bowl." You add the sugar and honey to the juice in the bowl and "pour half" into the saute pan with the wedges. Third paragraph says to add the oil, salt and pepper to the "remaining half" and use to marinate the chicken. The recipe never says what to do with the juice in the measuring cup. It looks like the recipe should have said to either put all the juice into the measuring cup and flavor it from there or all into a bowl and flavor it.
Either way, it turned out very tasty and the family loved it. As they do with every recipe I have tried of Sunny's. Go San Antonio!

I made the sauce for swordfish and it was amazing! I also made the zucchini and grilled sweet potatoes with maple butter sauce from this episode and they were both great!
