Easy to make & great flavor. I used relatively thick chops and they stayed moist & tender inside. Marinated for about an hour - next time will do that longer. Will definitely make again.

I didn't think it was bad. I didn't use smoked chops b/c I'm not a fan of smoke flavor. I added salt and pepper before I marinated the chops for 2 hours. Next time I will add more hot pepper and possibly some minced garlic. Flavors were very subtle... my husband loved it but I prefer something with a little more bang. Will be making again. It's SO easy.

This recipe is deceiving-it is so easy that you have no idea how great it will be. The flavors complement pork well without overpowering the entire dish. You can make this as sweet or hot as you like. We went with a bit more sour and heat, which I think also tenderized the pork. It’s perfect on the grill in the spring through the fall, but also works great if you’re baking it along with apples, carrots and other veggies. The marinade is so good, I wll use it on grilled chicken.

Good, and I would make it again. I am loving Sunny's recipes; simple and "real" ingredients you actually have on hand and don't have to spend a small fortune on. My only caveat with this recipe is that I need more guidance on "juice from a lime." Limes can vary pretty considerably in size and therefore, in juice. I would have liked something more definite like " 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice, etc. Other than that, I used a little thicker chops, marinated them for about 4 hours and put them on a charcoal grill. Awesome grill marks, I will say. Also chops were moist and juicy with a subtle but not strong glaze taste. Got great reviews from the family. Made with a side from the Food Networks Kitchen "Tex-Mex" salad (corn and black bean salad.

Yum. It wasn't even fair how good these were. The marinade is delicious and the chops were so smoky on the grill.

Great! Used 3/4" smoked chops -4 1/2 min. per side - medium direct heat and added a little cherrywood smoke....moist and flavorful. Anxious to try this with guests.

These were great. The sauce was sweet with just enough heat from the red pepper flakes. And anything that requires the husband to cook out side is always better!!!
