This came out soooooo good! I threw a luau in winter party and cooked these on the indoor grill for some friends, and I have to say, it is a GREAT meal for entertaining, because they take practically no time at all to make, and they were total crowd pleasers! I had the chops marinating ahead of time, and threw them on the grill about 10 minutes before we ate. I did add extra hot pepper flakes to the marinade for some extra kick, and it was perfect! I also used the same marinade for some grilled pineapple rings for dessert! Yum! I will definitely make this again.

I can say these are the best pork chops I have ever had... My husband and I can't get enough of them. I have never made pork chops before and they turned out so delicious!

OMG Great! I'm not a pork fan but my husband loves pork so when I saw this recipe I decided to try it. It was so good! I used my George Foreman griller and they came out fantastic!

These are fabulous!! Great pork taste with a sweet charred taste from the honey and grill. At the end, you get that little kick of heat from the red pepper flakes!!

Actually Buckeye, here are the instructions:
Preheat a grill pan to medium-high.
In a plastic resealable bag, big enough to fit the chops, mix together the sugar, honey, oil, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Add the pork chops and let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
So, it clearly states to preheat the pan BEFORE marinating the chops FOR 20 MINUTES. Therefore, the pan is preheating for 20 minutes.

To the previous reviewer,,,I think you might have mis-read the directions,,,it says to marinate for 20 minutes and put on the grill,,,,,,not pre-heat you skillet for 20 minutes.

I can't imagine preheating a skillet for at least 20 minutes....yet that's how the directions read.....maybe I never heat my skillets enough....that just seems awfully long.
