I didn't grill mine, I just cut them up and put them in my pot and poured everything over them and simmered them until they were cooked. My husband didn't like the maple syrup taste but my son said they were the best I've cooked and my youngest daughter liked them too.

LOVE then Wedges. Love the Maple Butter. Don't foget to let the butter soften. Maybe next time I will use thick slices and not wedges, or maybe pour over roasted sweet potatoes.

My family loved this recipe! The maple butter is a bit sweet for us so we kept it on the side. The wedges are awesome with whatever dip you love. Easy to make and turned out great.

Very tasty way to cook sweet potatoes; on the grill. Best is when they get charred on the outside yet still a bit al dente on the inside. We poured the maple butter on top but I think I would brush it on next time.
