    By accident I bought Light Cream instead of Heavy Cream..which is what I used..it did not whip, I hope it is ok..it still looks good..I baked it for 40-45 minuets.

    I made this pie last year for Thanksgiving and all my family and friends loved it. Now they don't just want the usual pumpkin pie and are asking about the Hazelnut Pumpkin Pie. I just made one right now for my baby girls class tomorrow and tomorrow night I am making 4 more that other family and friends want for Thanksgiving. Thank you so much Sunny and this is just one of the awesomest recipes you have made.

    This was by far the BEST pumpkin pie I've ever made. I thought it would have a cheesecake feel to it, but it was more like pumpkin pie. Not too rich, not too sweet...just perfect. Thanks for such a great recipe. It will be the only one I use in the future.

    That crust was sloppy. It's canned pumpkin not canned fresh. Sorry nothing beets roasting your own sugar pumpkin, and it isn't hard. The pie was good with fresh roasted puree pumpkin.

    Hey I want to make this but dont want to compete with the other cheesecakes--Is it more like a pie than a cheesecake?
