    I've been looking for cream of coconut for MONTHS so I can try this drink! I looked by the evaporated milk, I looked in the ethnic isle (by coconut milk, and I looked by canned fruit. Finally, I was getting stuff for strawberry daiquiris, and there it was! By the drink mixers. Didn't even think to look there! Very refreshing drink! Definitely a keeper!

    I didn't add the rum, but did everything else. It was so easy to make. This drink was so good and sweet.
