    Decided to make it for a side. Picked up some beautiful kale at our local farmers market. we halved the recipe since there's just 2 of us. We had no leftovers and I know that in the future, I'll make more. The taste was very savory with that hint of sweetness from the coconut in the background. A must try recipe.

    What a yummy and easy recipe. I halved it (as we are only two people and it was just enough, no leftovers. It was my first time cooking kale and I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but this is wonderful. I would never have thought to put all these ingredients together, and it just works perfectly. How could it not - anything that has bacon and onions in it wins my vote!

    This recipe is easy, different, refreshing, and absolutely delicious! I tried for Thanksgiving and now we have a new tradition. Served for guest one Sunday dinner and they were hiding this dish so they could take some home. Thanks Sunny - couldn't have done it without you! Every week I' ll be watching, keep it it!!!!
