    Fun to make with kids and delicious. My sons and I make this together for Sunny Sundays when we often use her dishes because they are good , easy and family friendly to make. We have topped this with all types of fruit, mango , peaches, plums, apples, and even praline topping, a recipe is a base as always you can add more or take it away that's what all the chefs do.     I must say I am really not a Cheesecake fan but it's my bf's favorite dessert so I made it for Christmas. The BEST homemade cheesecake ever!. The crust was so tasty and the sour cream topping definitely added just the right extra bit of deliciousness (I know, that's probably a made up word!. If that's not enough encouragement, the recipe is super easy to make and not ultra time consuming. great great great!

    VERY DELICIOUS. My family just loved this for New Years! I didn't make the sour cream though and I let it bake for an hour. It did crack a bit but that didn't stop it from tasting soo good! Instead of the sour cream, once it cooled, I covered it in a cream cheese icing and put it in the fridge overnight. Once the icing hardened I drizzled hot fudge over it. It was delicious!

    This cheesecake was soo good and so easy to make. The crust was a little bland but that's because I couldn't find cinnamon graham cracker crumbs so I just used regular. Next time I will add some sugar. But the cheesecake was simply AMAZING!

    Incredible desert! I made this for my family for Labor Day holiday and everyone was so impressed and feel in love with this recipe. Its the perfect end of meal treat!!
